The student must reach school before 8:55 a.m. so as to attend the morning assembly.
They must be picked up latest by 1:00 p.m. after which the school authority
holds no
responsibility whatsoever.
Students must come to school in neat and complete uniform daily, otherwise,
they are
liable to be sent back.
The parents are expected to help their children daily in the revision of what
she/he has
learnt in the school.
The parents must see that the child does the homework regularly and neatly,
and they
should encourage the child to talk
in English at home.
Parents should see that the child does not bring any toys, money, or valuable
articles
to school.
Indiscipline behaviors, irregular attendance, neglect of homework, and
improper uniform
are each sufficient reasons for
dismissal.
Parents are requested that their children are properly equipped with uniforms,
books,
sharpeners, pencils, and other
materials required.
Parents are welcome to see the Principal between 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.,
preferably by
prior appointments, to discuss
the progress and problems of the children, if any, and also to plan together how the
school and home can be most
effective for the proper development of the children.
Private tuition is discouraged. If not given properly, it can do more harm
than good.
Permission may be granted for very
special reasons and for a short time.
Parents/Guardians are not allowed to see their children or interview teachers
during
school hours to avoid disturbing
the smooth running of the school.
Terminal reports on general and academic progress will be sent to parents
during the
year. These reports should be
studied carefully and returned to school authorities, duly signed by parents.
Promotion depends on the child’s performance throughout the year, not merely
on terminal
test results. The decision of
the school authorities regarding promotion is final.
